Though a warrior, Moroni abhorred bloodshed, but he loved the freedom of his people more. He was a relentless Champion of Devotion.

Moses was an outcast caught between two worlds, but when God called, Moses humbly answered despite his weaknesses, fears and the enormity of the task. He spoke the words that God put into his heart with deference and contrition…an instrument for the Divine to free a people oppressed for thousands of years. Moses led millions of people out of bondage and into a covenant relationship with God. Moses reminds us that each of us will be led to the shores of our own Red Sea where may have to wait for God to work a delivering miracle. He was a servant leader…a Champion of Leadership.

Harriet Tubman escaped slavery alone, but freedom for herself wasn't enough. She risked her life by going back to lead others to freedom. As a "conductor" on the Underground Railroad, a network of safehouses and people who help slaves escape their captors, Harriet led dozens and dozens of people to safety and freedom. Guided by a divine connection, Harriet never lost a "passenger." Harriet's courage is an example to all who put others before themselves. She was truly a Moses of her people, a Champion of Courage.
